This is ExplicaHub, in a sample school: Centro de Explicações Horizonte. It all starts on Today, with the day's lessons and where each one stands. Further down is what is waiting for you: how much is owed, the students low on credit and the decisions to make.
First, the money. Who owes shows each student with what is left to pay, and since when. Each lesson stays owed until you mark it paid, one at a time or several together. Packs count themselves: each lesson given uses a credit. Tomás has just one lesson left. Monthly plans keep the lessons included and each month's charge.
Then, the schedule. The week shows the tutors side by side, and recurring lessons repeat every week. To change a recurring lesson, you choose whether it is for that one only or the following ones too. Each service has its own cancellation policy. A late cancellation waits here: charge it or let it go. Lessons reach Google Calendar and Outlook, with the Meet or Zoom link for online lessons.
Finally, the families. Homework shows who handed in, what is left to correct and each student's mark. Families get confirmations, changes and reminders by email, and for each student you choose who gets them.

Frequently asked questions
Does it issue invoices?
No. ExplicaHub records what each family owes and what they have paid, but it does not issue certified invoices. Keep invoicing in the software you already use, with the payment lists in front of you.
Do families need to create an account?
No. They get what concerns them by email, with no account and no password.
Which languages does it speak?
Portuguese and English. Each person chooses their language, and each email follows the language of the person it goes to.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in the browser of a phone, a tablet or a computer, with nothing to install.
What if I want to leave one day?
You take everything with you. In Settings → Data, the owner downloads an archive with all the centre's data as CSV and every file, at any time. Afterwards, they can ask for the centre to be deleted.
